Book An Appointment - Business
What to expect:
- Please book an appointment date and time to suit you. Please put the contact details as the name and address of the business ready for the prescription.
- The meeting will last around 10 -15 minutes so we can discuss your requirements and give some brief training/ information on anaphylaxis.
- Once booked you will receive an email with a link for your video call.
- Once the meeting is completed you will be emailed a copy of the adrenaline autoinjector prescription.
- An invoice will be emailed over on completion of the meeting with the doctor. The consultation fee is £150 and can be paid by BACS or card.
