“Thank you Dr Francesca, I have just done your course through Dr Helen Allergy on psychological impact of allergies, as a parent of a 14 year old with food allergies to help me manage my anxiety better and to help teach him some ideas also. It’s a really valuable course and to learn to accept a ‘safe enough’ position is a good way of explaining it. Thank you for all your great posts and the work you do.”
