Refund Policy 

If you cancel your Allergy Consultation or Support Call with more than one week’s notice, then you will be entitled to a full refund. Please email support@drhelenallergy.wegetdigital.com to arrange this.

Individual consultations with Dr Helen are non-refundable after completion of the session.  Sessions cancelled less than one week in advance will be charged at the full amount. It may not always be possible to reschedule your appointment time, and this will be at the discretion of Dr Helen. Please contact us at support@drhelenallergy.wegetdigital.com to reschedule your consultation.

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
