| booked a consultation with Dr Helen and I am so very glad I did. My 9-year-old daughter has had various different health issues, allergies and skin problems. She also would have skin reactions and come up in hives, we could not figure out what was causing the issues. So also has asthma and when I contacted the doctor to get an allergy appointment, they said it was over a year’s wait. I called Dr Helen, and we were booked within days. When we arrived at the appointment Dr Helen made both my girls feel at ease giving them toys and colouring books. She was very thorough with her investigation and covered all areas. Dr Helen was able to diagnose my daughter with Chronic Spontaneous Urticiaria with possible episode of Anaphylaxis. Thanks to Dr Helen my daughter now has medication which is keeping her allergies under control, and she is feeling so much better. Also, my daughter now carries an EPI Pen which if needed could save her life if she had an severe reaction. I am so thankful we went with Helen; I can't thank her enough for what she has done for my daughter. I would highly recommend her services.

I found Dr Helen online when I was seeking someone to help me with a diagnosis of cold urticaria which I understand is quite rare. I had had a type of seizure on the beach after snorkelling on holiday and had realised that previously I had had experiences which were probably linked to it. Dr Helen explained what had happened was anaphylaxis, the most severe kind of reaction to cold urticaria. Dr Helen is a really kind and professional person. She knows her stuff and she was able to diagnose me within one consultation. Money well spent! the first time I have used private medical doctor. The report which she wrote was detailed and accurate and helpful and she equipped ne with a treatment plan there and then which is enabling me to live my life more fully. Support following the appointment has been exemplary. I am so glad I met her. Completely recommend.

Very good speaker. She knows what she’s talking about. Real life cases were amazing and very relevant. She was amazing! I could have listened to her for hours. She has a really good style of presenting which is informal but bases on cases and personal/professional experience which I like. Really practical information and advice. I would be very keen to attend another allergy talk with Dr Howells. Very knowledgeable Refreshing and very good. Very Warm and knowledgeable.

I basically wanted to say how much I enjoyed your talk on the meeting arranged last week. I listen to many many talks on Adrenaline Auto injectors and I can say that was one of the best I have heard. Excellent flow, really good balance etc. I wish I could have bottled it and have every GP hear it. We would be in a much better place.
