Dr Lizzy Forbes

I am an experienced and qualified doctor with nearly 15 years of practice across both hospital and community settings. I currently work as an NHS GP and across both Dr Helen Allergy and Medical services. 

I have a specialist interest in Allergy and, as an allergy mum myself, I understand first-hand the challenges that allergies can bring to both patients and families. This has strengthened my passion for providing compassionate, practical, and evidence-based care. 

I am skilled in delivering thorough, holistic assessments, with a strong focus on listening carefully and understanding each patient’s individual needs and concerns. 

I am also mum to two young boys, so when I am not working, you will often find me keeping active or spending time in play areas, libraries, and coffee shops with my family
