Dr Ruby Paul

I have almost a decade of medical experience, with expertise in both adult and paediatric care. I grew up in Dorset and studied medicine at the Universities of Exeter and Plymouth, before completing my medical training in a busy tertiary hospital. I now work as a General Practitioner, providing comprehensive and compassionate care to my patients. 

I have a specialist interest in Allergy, alongside a broad knowledge of a wide range of medical conditions. I am passionate about preventative healthcare, patient education, and creating personalised treatment plans tailored to each individual. I strive to build trusting relationships with my patients, ensuring they feel listened to, supported, and empowered throughout their health journey. Through ongoing professional development, I continue to update my knowledge in order to deliver evidence-based care that promotes long-term health and wellbeing. 

Outside of medicine, I enjoy running and playing regular tennis at my local club. My husband and I also love exploring the countryside with our 3-year-old Labrador, spending as much time outdoors as possible and appreciating the natural beauty of Dorset and Hampshire.
